Code of Ethics
Membership
Upon acceptance of this application by Aljannah Global Marketing Sdn Bhd (referred to as AJGM). I Hereby agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
- I have been sponsored to be an independent distributor of AJGM
- I confirmed that I am at least 18 years old
- I understand that my relationship with the AJGM is that of an independent distributor on contracted basis. I am not an employee, agent or representative of the AJGM and I have NO authority whatsoever to bind the AJGM in any manner with any party. I shall fully responsible for my welfare and expenses in the operation of the distributorship and the settlement of my income tax.
- I shall not make any medical claim on the products marketed by the AJGM
- I shall not publish, advertise, or distribute any proprietary information, literature or visuals without prior written approval of the AJGM.
- I shall comply with the conditions laid down in the marketing plan, the code of ethics, distributor manual policies & properties, and to adhere to the contents of approved product information and literature when doing sales and sponsoring.
- I shall indemnity the AJGM against all claims and damages, warrants and actions that may arise out of my misrepresentation regarding the marketing plan, the sale and use of the products or due to my involement in unlawful activities.
- I shall purchase products from the AJGM at distributor price and to sell them at the suggested retail price.
- The compensation package for my distributorship will be based solely on my efforts in personal sales and network management. I understand that i will not be rewarded merely by sponsoring activities.
- In order to maintain a viable marketing system and to comply with new regulations issued by the authorities, the AJGM reserves the right to changes prices, policies and regulations, product mix, the marketing plan, compensation package and official literature, as and whenever the situation warrants. Such changes, if any, will be notified in writing
- The distibutorship is not transferable nor assignable without the written approval from the AJGM
- I agree that a breach of any of the above Terms and Conditions and those contained in the Code of Ethics, Distributor Manual Policies and Procedures may result in the termination of my Independent Distributorship.
Sponsorship
All AJGM members are allowed to share the business opportunity with any prospect but must abide by the code of ethics and distributor manual policies & properties .
- Must explain in detail the AJGM marketing plan without changing or adding new fact or offer in the original plan description.
- Cannot force prospect to be a member or promising any high profit income without any effort
Membership Termination
Member that breach of any of the Terms and Conditions and those contained in the Code of Ethics, Distributor Manual Policies and Procedures may result in the termination of their status as Independent Distributorship. Member will indemnify and hold harmless against any claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or connected with, directly or indirectly, any breach of the Agreement or other conduct by them, their agent or employee. Member shall be entitled to damages and injunctive relief prohibiting any further violation of this Agreement after breach the terms and conditions of Agreement.
Sales Policy
Member shall not make any medical claim on all our products. Member shall purchase products from the AJGM at distributor price and to sell them at the suggested retail price
Buyback Policy
The company shall buy back the product which are within 180 days or 6 months. The product must be in good condition and not expired. The buy back will take place after deduction of the management fee 40%, the condition of product and any comissioned paid.
Incentives
The bonuses and incentives are the commission gaining from the sales and sponsoring activity. This payout will be by monthly and weekly. The payout are according to marketing plan and the term and conditon. Any bonus or incentive calculated are considered correct if no any complaints within 30 days after payout. No further changes will be entertain.
